Fluido.ai is a conversational AI platform launched in 2020 with the aim of providing services of chatbot and live chat one-stop-shop place. The platform also aims at assisting in enhancing the business goals of companies from different industries that come at all the different sizes and scales. Fluido.ai also looks into providing those businesses with the needed design modes and tools to facilitate a code-free environment for bot building. That is in addition to providing all the needed analytical and optimization tools and facilities for performance elevation and constant enhancement.

Changes to the agreement

The following terms of agreement represent and define the established relationship between you as a user and Fluido.ai as services providers. By using our platform or by signing up to benefit from our services you agree to the those terms which will be automatically applied to you and your use journey. Please also note that any changes could take place to one or as many as possible terms of this agreement and Fluido.ai will notify you of those changes but rather will publically put it for the public reading and review whenever on its terms page.

Abiding to the agreement

This agreement defines the terms and conditions under which you’re allowed to use Fluido.ai, and how your account is being treated. Those specified terms apply to you within all packages. Using Fluido.ai is as simple as explained to you on our platform that comes through this one and only URL www.Fluido.ai. Nonetheless, it is highly recommended for you to go through those terms and conditions of use as well as our policy and brand guidelines in order for you to know what defines our relationship with you as a customer and how we will be treating you from the moment you sign up to become a user with all user subscriptions plans/modes. N.B. as for customized plans, we draw up a custom agreement that takes preeminence over the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluido.ai grants all account benefits to users that are above 18 only. If you are below 18 please make sure that a custodian who is over 18 is handling this account for you.
• To be eligible to have an account you have to fill in the required data for its establishment and agree to the terms and conditions which you are advised to go through and read carefully before you check their agreement box.
• It is very important to provide true and complete data at your own responsibility in order to have your user account on Fluido.ai

Generic Conditions

• Fluido.ai warns against using the services and the platform in general to violate the rules set by the laws.
• We forbid using our services to include, endorse, or express any speech supporting violence, crimes, or any acts contrary to the law and as acceptable to society.
• You agree to all our terms and conditions upon your signing to a user account on our platform and that means that you agree to them all and comply with them as well. Therefore, violating any of these terms will expose you to getting your account suspended or terminated altogether.

Enjoying our services

Upon landing on our webpage you will be able to view all our services, features and the specified plan advantages granted by each subscription, where you can also choose the plan that suits your business best. Fluido.ai has 3 packages; starter, professional and custom, it also grants you the services of its starter package at a free rate for the period of three months which start at the first day of your subscription, while the custom package’s price is specified according to the agreement between Fluido.ai and the customer.

N.B. Fluido.ai, as a platform, is not by any means or at any given time for the products and services provided by any third parties, if dealing with any. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time in accordance with these terms.

Billing

Fluido.ai may change the price for its plans at any given time according to the needs to optimize those plans, and will communicate any price changes to the user. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new prices by continuing to use the Fluido.ai platform after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing or cancelling your plan prior to the price change going into effect.

Fluido’s rights

As a user of Fluido.ai you promise that you respect that your content and use of the platform does not violate the Agreements or any other rights set forth within the User guidelines, applicable law, or other rights.

We also require you to respect Fluido.ai proprietary rights including any trademarks, patents, service confidential-specified components and copyrights.

User’s Rights and Privacy

• As a user, you are not permitted to give your credentials; as in your user name and password, to anyone that is not authorized as this will jeopardize your privacy and will endanger your data.
• upon signing up, you are completely responsible for your account
• However, if any abnormal or unauthorized activity took place on your account, we urge you to notify us right away so we can assist by taking the necessary procedures to protect your data and privacy.
• As a user too, you are not allowed to sell your account to anyone that is not a shared owner of this account and is not authorized on this account.
